Executive Director
Michele joined the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce as Executive Director in July 2023. She brings 25+ years of experience in nonprofit management and business ownership, and previously worked with other LGBTQ+ chambers to help them increase funding, implement new systems and expand their services. She has taught advocacy and community organizing in the Master of Social Work program at ASU, and is a third-generation Phoenix native.

Community Engagement Director
Jeff serves as the primary ambassador for both GPECC and the Equality Chamber Foundation, advancing both organizations' missions through relationship-building, public speaking, visibility and strategic outreach. He brings 30+ years of marketing, economics and human resources experience.

Operations Manager
Pedro joined the Chamber in September 2023. Originally from New Mexico, he graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and a minor in Pre-Law, and spent years with the City of Phoenix Police Department before joining the Chamber.
